New to Sewing – Beginner level 1 (8)
This course will teach you the basics about sewing and use of the sewing machine. Learn how to thread the sewing machine, wind bobbins, learn about seam allowance and pivots. Complete small projects to help you build the basic skills

In this course you will learn how to insert zips, pinups, insert trims and embellishments. You will learn about commercial patterns, layout and cutout. Hands on and more challenging projects will be a feature of this course.

Flat Pattern Design – Beginner Level 3 (1)
In this course you will learn about fabric and color and how to alter a pattern and restyle it. You will learn how to take measurements and work out fabric costing. In this course students can choose to work on their own specific projects.
