Smart Sewing for Kids
At Smart Sewing we are committed to teaching children the art of sewing in a safe and fun atmosphere where they will be encouraged to express and develop their own style and creativity.
Age range: 7-14years
Course Duration: 6 weeks
Class Duration: 1.5 hours

Description:
In this course children will learn the art of hand stitching and machine sewing. They can choose from a range of fun projects to learn the basics.
Benefits of teaching children to sew
Apart from creating designers of the future, sewing skills can also help children develop areas such as their hand and eye coordination, improve their patience, improve their listening skills and help them pay more attention to safety.
Working with figures and shapes as part of the sewing class also supports them with subjects in school such as maths and geometry. With confidence and creativity boosted, we know you will soon agree that smart kids sew.
